Order Turnaround Time

All Iron & Ice Performance products are made to order. Please allow 10–14 days from the date of your order for production and shipping. We take pride in crafting each item with care, and we appreciate your patience.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is complete and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use this to follow your package every step of the way. If you haven't received tracking information after 14 days, please contact us at support@ironandiceperformance.com.

Return & Exchange Policy

All Sales Are Final

Because every product is made to order specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues or change of mind. We strongly encourage all customers to:

  • Review the size chart on each product page carefully before ordering
  • Read the product description for material and fit details

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@ironandiceperformance.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will make it right.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Since production begins shortly after your order is placed, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations. Please contact us as soon as possible at support@ironandiceperformance.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
