How long will my order take?

Our standard turnaround time is 10–14 days from the time your order is placed. Each item is made to order, so we appreciate your patience as we craft your gear with care.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes! Once your order is complete and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

How do I find the right size?

We strongly recommend checking the size chart included on each product page before placing your order. Sizing can vary by style, so please review it carefully. If you're between sizes, we suggest sizing up for comfort.

What are your products made of?

Material details are listed directly on each product page. We want you to know exactly what you're getting, so check the product description before ordering.

What is your return policy?

Because all of our products are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues or change of mind. We strongly encourage you to review the size chart and product details before completing your purchase.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@ironandiceperformance.com and we will make it right.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Since production begins shortly after your order is placed, we are unable to guarantee changes or cancellations. Please reach out to us as soon as possible at support@ironandiceperformance.com and we will do our best to help.
